Leiao's plastic injection mold manufacturing process
(1)We will hold a meeting to discuss the design details of the 3D model, such as release angle, strength, plastic filling, thickness, etc., in product design analysis. If there are any issues, we will contact our customers for feedback.
(2) After DFM analysis, we will arrange mold flow analysis to avoid any defects during the mold manufacturing process. By analyzing the mold flow rate, the mold injection gate and structure were determined.
(3)There are two main operations for manufacturing injection molds: CNC machining and electrical discharge machining. To ensure the quality of the molds, Leo molds always use good equipment, such as Hawaii Rapid Spray CNC, Germany Five Axis Machining, Solid Electric Spark, etc.
(4)We will conduct at least three mold tests until we confirm that there are no issues with the mold structure, mold movement, and product defects. After T0 and T1 improvements, we conducted large-scale simulations and sent complete samples for customer confirmation.
(5)After the customer approves the mold test samples, we will clean the mold and spray enamel oil on it, and prepare some necessary spare parts together with the mold. All molds will be wrapped in plastic film for better protection. Then, the mold will be properly packaged in wooden boxes and shipped to the customer by sea or air.
Our molds and products have been exported to more than 20 countries, such as the United States, France, Italy, Romania, Ecuador, Ghana, Japan, Vietnam, etc.
